Hi, I’m Jordan — the heart behind Pause. I’m so happy you’re here. I created Pause because I believe in the power of slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and feeling truly cared for. I’m a licensed massage therapist, esthetician, and Reiki Master, and I’ve been professionally working in this incredible industry since 2021. I fell in love with the healing arts back in massage school (starting in 2018!) and never looked back. What keeps me going? That moment when someone stands a little taller, breathes a little deeper, or tells me they finally felt good walking through the grocery store again. That’s the magic. I wrapped up massage school in the wild summer of 2020 and spent the rest of that year working through my clinic hours—giving lots of 90-minute sessions to very lucky friends and family from my apartment. In February 2021, I joined a beautiful spa in Portsmouth where I truly found my stride. In 2022, I took the leap into esthetics, attending the Institute of Skin Science in Stratham, NH. Skincare quickly stole my heart—especially the chance to help clients feel more confident and at home in their skin. As someone who has personally struggled with acne, I deeply understand how frustrating and emotional skin challenges can be. I want to share what I’ve learned through study and hands-on experience to help empower others to feel their absolute best in their skin. As a Reiki Master, I love weaving energetic healing into my work when clients are open to it. Whether it’s through touch, stillness, or intention, I believe in creating space for full-body restoration—finding connection through physical and the energetic sides of the body. Pause was born from a simple but powerful question: “What else can I create? What space can I build that allows for deeper, more authentic connection?” This is that space. And I’m so glad you’re here. 💛
CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment at Pause Massage & Skin Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with no fee if 24 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a Late Cancellation and are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. • Failure to contact us to cancel or reschedule, resulting in a missed appointment, will be considered a No-Show and also charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. • Arriving late may result in shortened service time to avoid delaying the next client, with the full price still applied. • Appointment reminders are sent via text and/or email 72 hours in advance. Please confirm to secure your time. • We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for a relaxed and timely start. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and preparation. This policy helps us continue to offer the personalized experience you deserve.
